SIDONIE OTTERBOURNE
Sidonie Otterbourne (Born in 1932) was the daughter of Silvina Otterbourne and James Anthony Winston - a pseudo communist from Blackpool - and the sister of Alexander Otterbourne. Born in Bombay raised in England she went to Paris to study music - cello in particular. Sidonie fell in love with a lion tamer called Jaques "Le Tigre" Dupont and joined the circus. On the way to America by ocean liner she gave birth to her first daughter Emerald. Her second daughter Saphira - from Anders Lundborg (an unsuccessful Swedish writer in exile) - was born in Marrakech. Sidonie died of a snakebite in 2006.
